Data Analytics

GRG uses a process of reviewing, transforming and modeling data to assist organizations in making decisions more scientific and helping businesses operate more effectively. Data analysis has multiple facets and approaches, and plays a key role in discovering useful information, informing conclusion and supporting decision-making.

Equitable Resilience-Building

GRG works with community organizations to build their capacity to equitably mitigate risk and improve community resilience before and after natural disasters. GRG also partners with construction, architectural and other non-traditional professional associations to develop innovative, resilient and sustainable communities in opportunity zones.

Planning

GRG’s planning services are realistic, sustainable, and flexible enough to help decision makers deal with the complex, real-world needs that must be addressed when disaster strikes. GRG’s innovative planning approach uses scenario-based resource planning and fictional – but plausible – disaster scenarios to establish a common framework for the identification and evaluation of your capabilities.
